Balentina Accounting and Tax Services B.A.S. is an independent firm offering accounting services, financial-statement preparation and tax-return filing to small and medium enterprises, independent professionals and individuals.
We offer fixed-price packages, which means we don’t invoice you after the fact.
We can take any task out of your hands: all of your accounting work, including your payroll, and even ensure that your returns are filed on time.
Accounting
Running your business is your priority. For the (starting) entrepreneur, long hours are pretty much the norm, and keeping your books up-to-date often suffers.
The result? Your accounting usually ends up left in the cold. But proper bookkeeping is nevertheless crucial to you as an entrepreneur. It’s an extremely important information source when making decisions to advance your business, as well as for tax-filing and banking purposes. But for the information to be available, it first needs to be collected, entered and processed.
Option 1
Your accounting documents include cash journals, bank statements, and vendor and customer invoices. You provide us with your data, either once a week, month, quarterly or yearly, and we take care of processing it.
Option 2
If you prefer to do your books yourself, we may assist you by reviewing it or making any corrections needed.
Payroll
Our payroll services include:
• Monthly salary slips;
• Providing the information you need for monthly wage-tax and social-premium return filing and payments
• Filing the yearly collective wage sheet with the corresponding authorities
• Providing copies of the wage-tax forms for your personnel.
You pay a fixed fee per employee, per wage slip, so you will always know your monthly bill in advance.
Taxes
Most people don’t want to either underpay or overpay their taxes. Balentina Accounting and Tax Services has the necessary in-house know how to assist you here too. We can also take care of filling out the most frequent tax-return forms, such as for income tax, sales tax, inheritance taxes and the Basic Insurance return form.
