1. to represent, look after, promote, foster interests of third parties;
a. to exercise administrative and supervisory positions in legal persons and/or other legal entities, regardless of the objects of those legal persons and/or legal entities;
b. to manage and/or administer assets of any kind;
c. to act as legal representative (proxy holder), administrator or trustee;
d. to provide legal, tax law and financial administrative advice;
e. to provide and conduct trainings in the field of management and trust practice;
f. to look after and/or foster interests of shareholders, bondholders, or other creditors of companies or businesses or groups thereof;
g. to hold movable or immovable goods on behalf of third parties, as well as management and administration of these goods.
2. The company shall be able to do all such things as may be useful or necessary for the attainment of its object or related thereto in the broadest sense of the word, including the participation in any other business/legal entities or company.
