The name and logo (a Ghanaian Adinkra symbol) on IndigoBlue Consult website illustrates the identity of the company: change, creativity, harmony, innovation and diversity. IndigoBlue is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Curacao and is registered as a legal company since July 2009. Also since 2013 it is a legal member of the Curacao Business Council for Sustainable Development (CBCSD).

One of the managing directors is contract project manager leading youth projects in the Dutch Caribbean under the authority of the Cooperating Funds Foundation  (“Samenwerkende Fondsen”), including the Orange Fund of the Royal Dutch Monarchy. The other managing director is sustainability coordinator of the company and has more than 23-year of cooperative experience.

Export experience

• IndigoBlue Consult (drs. Elly Hellings) is contract programme manager working for the Cooperating Funds Foundation Dutch Caribbean (In Dutch: “Samenwerkende fondsen”), which is part of the Royal Dutch Monarchy Program Coordination of Youth Opportunities Programme for the Caribbean. A program of 20 projects across Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, St. Maarten, Saba and Eustatius aimed at preventing and assisting school dropouts. This programme has start in 2013 and it is an ongoing assignment and recurring revenue for our company.

• IndigoBlue [2013] did support assist Public Body Bonaire / Management Society and Care and give technical assistance to the education and welfare department in establishing a need analysis, quality measurement, policy development and costing children and after-school care. In Dutch: “Openbaar Lichaam Bonaire / Directie Samenleving en Zorg”.

• Working previously for another entity called USONA, Sharnon Isenia worked [2006-2009] as project advisor for the Foundation for Dutch aid Management and Development with people on the islands of the former Netherlands Antilles (Bonaire, Curacao, St. Maarten, Saba and Eustatius):
