MADECO Project Vision is a program and project management and consultancy office which offers its customers an integrated approach toward project based management; combining business, financial and technical knowledge and experience, and a multi- discipline approach, to meet the objectives of programs/ projects, and ultimately the business objectives of the customer.

The company has developed an earned value based program management system, for the management and control of a group of projects and maximizing the (yearly) output of a capital budget.

Customers of MADECO Project Vision include the governments, government owned companies and authorities, and private companies. Our experience ranges from projects in the area of oil industry, telecommunication, power generation, real estate, information technology and change management.
