Through partnerships with relevant organizations, located both in or outside Curaçao, our company is also able to offer the aforementioned handling services with regard to the development and/or rental of commercial real estate as well as the development of industrial real estate.
Solar energy and LED light products:
Our company is also a representative of a Solar energy and LED light company registered in the Netherlands. Through our partnership with this company we are able to function as a go-between, thereby linking our clients with said Dutch company for the acquiring of “turn-key” solar energy solutions and installations as well as the purchase of solar power and LED light products for the business market (e.i. existing buildings and new construction projects).

Our target groups are private persons, companies, public authorities, real estate developers and investors, some of which will also proceed to be end users.
